This workshop is for all abilities and ages, and ideal for anyone lookingfor presentation tips for that wow factor this Christmas! All ingredients will be provided, please bring storage containers if you have them.
On the menu:
Holly wreath biscuits (children friendly)
Pastry barquette boats – filling them/decorating withPâté/Cumberland sauce/thyme/cream cheese/grated cheese (canopy)
Salmon/large trout with cucumber back (main dish)
