Jazz @ Kirkgate : Mike Smith Band

Mike, the North West UK-based musician, boasts a 25-year career in music, showcasing his talents on the saxophone and keyboards at countless events, all while sharing stages with renowned artists. He holds a regular sideman role with Elkie Brooks, Echo & the Bunnymen, Tony Hadley, Kid Creole, Heather Small, ABC, and Sandi Thom. Furthermore, Mike proudly serves as the sax and keys player for CREAM CLASSICS shows alongside K-Klass and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, as part of his collaboration with the international brand CREAM.

Mike and his band will be presenting a program of jazz standards and contemporary classics alongside Tom Kincaid, on piano, Ed Harrison on Bass and Gaz Hughes on drums.
