This isapracticalintroductiontohowradio dramaismade,withplentyofchancestohave ago andpracticethetechniquesused intheproduction ofprofessionalradiodrama.This workshop is an introduction to the weird and wonderful world of audio drama, featuring playful exercises for all participants.For all fans of audio drama, amateur performers or professional actors with little or no experience of radio drama.
Stefan Escreet is a freelance audio drama producer and director who was a BBC Radio Drama Producer working on programmes across the Radio 4 schedule.He has incorporated these skills into the work of Ragged Edge Productions with a string of entertaining radio plays on stage.This workshop is the perfect companion to the touring production ofThe Mystery of the Pirate Lagoon, which will be touring Cumbria in April 2026 with Arts Out West
