Kirkgate Arts & Heritage provides a much loved and valued service to the community.
At the Kirkgate Centre we offer a range of great experiences: entertainment including cinema, music, theatre, comedy; and many opportunities to get involved in activities, from Youth Theatre to the Cockermouth Heritage Group. The Centre hosts a huge variety of regular activities, from U3A Early Music Group to the North Lakes Historical Fencing Group.
We also run Arts Out West, bringing high quality professional arts events to community venues across West Cumbria.
There are many ways that you can support us – as a registered charity we are always looking for ways to raise funds to continue, improve and expand what we deliver to our communities; and to encourage our communities to engage with us.
